This study tests a combination of drugs (durvalumab, chemotherapy, and olaparib) as a first treatment for people with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer that has a specific genetic marker (pMMR). The goal is to see how safe and tolerable the treatment is. About 85 people in Spain will take part, and they will be followed for up to 3 years.
