Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether radiation therapy can prevent Dupuytren's contracture—a condition where fingers bend toward the palm—from progressing or coming back after treatment. About 158 adults will receive radiation to the hand, and researchers will measure changes in finger straightness over time. The goal is to find a non-surgical way to control the disease.
