Summary
This study aims to understand why Dupuytren's disease, a condition that causes fingers to curl into the palm, often comes back after surgery. Researchers will observe 80 patients during a specific surgical procedure to see if tiny nerves in the hand are involved in the disease returning. The goal is to gather information that could lead to better surgical techniques to reduce pain and prevent recurrence.
