Summary

This study is testing if a medication called dupilumab can help control severe asthma in very young children. It will involve about 90 kids, aged 2 to under 6, whose asthma is not well-managed with standard inhalers. For one year, children will receive either dupilumab or a placebo to see if it reduces serious asthma attacks and improves their daily symptoms and quality of life.
