Summary

This study is testing whether an existing drug called dupilumab can help control symptoms in adults with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis who have a specific immune pattern. About 68 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 52 weeks to see if it reduces gut inflammation and symptoms like bleeding and frequent bowel movements. The goal is to see if this treatment can help people who haven't responded well to other standard therapies.
