First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested if the drug dupilumab can help children and young adults with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) safely add back foods like milk, egg, soy, or wheat into their diet. EoE is a condition where certain foods cause inflammation in the esophagus, and current treatments often require avoiding those foods. The study enrolled 21 people aged 6 to 25 and measured changes in esophageal inflammation and symptoms after treatment.
