Summary

This study will follow 350 adults with uncontrolled COPD for two years to see how well the drug dupilumab works in real-world settings. Researchers will track if the drug improves patients' quality of life, reduces breathing flare-ups, and is safe for long-term use. The study is observational, meaning patients are already prescribed dupilumab by their doctor, and researchers will simply collect data on their experience.
