Summary

This study tracks 350 adults with uncontrolled COPD who are starting dupilumab, a medication that helps control inflammation. Over 24 months, researchers will measure changes in quality of life and monitor for side effects. The goal is to see how well dupilumab works in everyday medical practice, not just in controlled research settings.
