Summary

This study is testing a new, one-time endoscopic procedure that uses electrical pulses to modify the lining of the small intestine. The goal is to see if this can help people recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar without needing daily diabetes medication. Researchers will follow 40 participants for up to two years to check if the treatment is safe and effective.
