First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at two ways to help people who had a stroke and have weakness on one side of their body. One group practiced walking and balance while doing a second task, like counting or carrying something. The other group practiced the same exercises without any extra task. The goal was to see which approach is more practical and acceptable for improving mobility. 62 adults aged 45-65 took part in 18 sessions over 6 weeks.
