First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving two hormones (hCG and GnRH agonist) before transferring a frozen embryo can improve the chance of pregnancy in women aged 24-44 undergoing IVF. About 170 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard single hormone or the dual trigger. The main goal is to see if the dual trigger leads to higher implantation and ongoing pregnancy rates.
