Summary

This study tests an 8-week dual-tasking program for 16 boys aged 6–12 with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The program combines physical and mental exercises, like walking while counting backward, to improve thinking, balance, and daily living skills. Participants are randomly assigned to the program or usual care. The goal is to see if this approach helps boys move more independently and feel better day-to-day.
