Summary

This study tests whether adding thinking tasks to arm and hand exercises helps stroke survivors recover better than standard therapy alone. Twenty adults aged 40-70 with mild to moderate arm weakness will be split into two groups and trained for eight weeks. Researchers will measure improvements in movement, coordination, and thinking skills.
