Can 'Walk and Talk' exercises help boys with muscular dystrophy?
NCT ID NCT06887491
Summary
This study is testing a special exercise program designed to help boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The program involves doing two tasks at once, like walking while counting, to see if it can improve their movement, thinking skills, and ability to do daily activities independently. Sixteen boys with DMD will be randomly assigned to either try this 8-week program or continue with their usual care.
