Summary

This study looked at whether dual-task training—doing physical and mental exercises at the same time—can improve balance, reduce fear of falling, boost thinking skills, and enhance quality of life in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's. 34 participants completed the program. The goal was to see if this type of training offers extra benefits beyond standard care.
