Can walking and thinking exercises slow Alzheimer's decline?

NCT ID NCT07163039

Summary

This study is testing whether a special exercise program that combines physical movement with mental tasks can help improve thinking skills and daily function in people with mild Alzheimer's disease. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either this combined training or a standard exercise program for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, balance, walking, and quality of life to see which approach is more helpful.
