First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether doing exercises that challenge both the mind and body at the same time—like walking while counting backwards—can improve balance, reduce falls, and enhance sleep in older adults. The exercises are done at home through video calls, making them easy to access. Researchers will track 60 participants aged 65 to 74 over a 4-week program and a follow-up visit.
