NCT ID NCT07571369
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether doing balance exercises (like walking backward or standing on one leg) while also doing mental tasks (like math or memory games) can lower stress and improve balance in healthy university students aged 18 to 25. Seventy-two participants will be split into three groups: one doing the combined exercises, one doing balance exercises alone, and one receiving general health advice. The program lasts 6 weeks, with results measured by a stress questionnaire and a balance device.
