Summary

This study tests whether adding simple mental tasks (like counting backwards) to exercise can improve walking, balance, and thinking in people with multiple sclerosis. Forty adults with MS will do supervised exercise sessions twice a week for 8 weeks. The goal is to find better rehab strategies for managing MS symptoms.
