Summary
This study looks at whether a training program that combines trunk exercises with balance tasks can improve balance and muscle control in sedentary women aged 18 to 30. About 58 participants will be randomly assigned to either the training or a control group. The goal is to see if this approach helps reduce fall risk and improve daily movement.
