Summary

This study is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy called AZD0120 for adults with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to recognize and attack two specific targets on the cancer cells. The first part of the study will find a safe dose, and the second part will see how well it works at controlling the disease.
