Summary
This study is testing a new version of CAR-T cell therapy designed to attack lymphoma cells in two ways at once. It is for people whose large B-cell lymphoma has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if this dual-target approach is more effective and causes fewer relapses than current single-target therapies.
