Summary
This study tests a new drug called DT-7012, alone or with another cancer drug (an immune checkpoint inhibitor), in 125 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. It is an early-stage trial, so results will guide further research.
