New hope for hard-to-treat colon cancer? trial launches for MSS patients.
NCT ID NCT07235293
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests if a new combination of drugs (DSP107 and atezolizumab) works better than an existing treatment (fruquintinib) for people with advanced colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS). About 90 adults who have already tried other therapies will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. Researchers will track how long patients live and how safe the treatments are.
