NCT ID NCT06395220
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at 314 blood cancer patients who received a stem cell transplant from a donor whose tissue type did not fully match. The goal was to understand how often patients develop harmful antibodies (called DSA) after transplant, which can cause the new stem cells to be rejected. By tracking these antibodies over time, researchers hope to find better ways to prevent or treat transplant failure.
