Summary
This study tests a new drug called DS010 in 58 adults with cancer who are experiencing cachexia—severe weight loss and muscle wasting. The goal is to see if DS010 is safe and can help patients gain weight and improve muscle mass. The trial has two phases: first, finding the right dose and checking for side effects, then measuring weight changes over 12 weeks.
