Summary
This study tests whether extra ultrafiltration—a gentle fluid removal process—can safely reduce excess fluid buildup in 120 adults on hemodialysis for end-stage kidney disease. The goal is to lower high blood pressure and relieve symptoms like shortness of breath and swelling. Participants will receive 4 or 8 weeks of extra treatments, and researchers will monitor blood pressure and symptom changes.
