Summary
This study aims to see if giving a special dried plasma to people with severe bleeding before they reach the hospital helps them survive better than the current standard treatment with IV fluids. Researchers will compare the two treatments in 650 adults with life-threatening bleeding from injuries, childbirth, or other emergencies. The main goal is to find out if the dry plasma leads to fewer deaths within the first 24 hours.
