NCT ID NCT07426562
Summary
This study aims to see which of two physical therapy treatments works better for people with long-term low back pain and tight hamstring muscles. It will compare a technique called dry needling to a specific type of stretching, both given alongside standard physical therapy. The goal is to find out which one improves flexibility, reduces pain, and helps with daily activities more effectively.
