Summary
This study looks at whether dry needling can improve how the shoulder muscles work in people with and without shoulder pain. Researchers will measure muscle strength, thickness, and electrical activity before and right after the treatment. They will also track pain levels and disability. The study needs 40 adults who either have no shoulder pain or have had pain in one shoulder for more than 3 months.
