Summary

This study compares two approved cyclosporine eye drops (Vevye® and a generic) to see which one better increases mucus-producing cells in the eyes of people with dry eye disease. Sixty adults will use the drops daily for 8 weeks and have eye exams every 2 weeks. The goal is to find which treatment improves eye surface health faster and more effectively.
