Summary

This study tested an eye drop called reproxalap (0.25%) against a placebo in 116 adults with dry eye disease. The goal was to see if it reduces eye discomfort over 100 minutes in a dry environment. Participants used the drops and rated their discomfort on a scale from 0 to 100.
