Summary
This completed Phase 3 trial tested whether reproxalap eye drops could reduce discomfort in people with dry eye disease. The study compared the active drops against placebo drops in 116 participants. Researchers measured eye discomfort using a special dry eye chamber to see if the treatment provided relief.
