Tiny plugs vs. eye drops: Head-to-Head test for Sjögren's dry eye

NCT ID NCT07171710

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of medicated eye drops and tiny, dissolvable plugs works better than the eye drops alone for treating dry eye caused by Sjögren's syndrome. It involves 30 adults with this condition. In a unique 'paired-eye' design, each participant gets the combination treatment in one eye and the drops alone in the other, allowing for a direct comparison.
