Summary

This study tested the safety of a new eye drop called reproxalap for people with dry eye disease. Over 750 participants used the eye drop or a placebo (inactive) drop for up to a year. The main goal was to check for serious side effects related to vision, eye pressure, and the health of the cornea and retina.
