Eye drop prep could sharper vision after cataract surgery

Summary
This study is testing if regularly using Systane COMPLETE lubricating eye drops for 1-2 months before cataract surgery can improve the eye's surface in people with dry eye. Researchers want to see if this leads to more accurate predictions for the lens implant needed, potentially improving final vision. The study will enroll 150 adults aged 20-85 who are scheduled for cataract surgery and have dry eye.
