New eye drops aim to soothe dry, irritated eyes

Summary
This study tests two types of lubricating eye drops (Tears Naturale Free and Tears Naturale II) in 120 people with mild to moderate dry eye disease. Participants will stop using their usual artificial tears and use only the study drops. The main goal is to see if the drops reduce dry eye symptoms and are safe to use.
