Summary
This study looks at whether using Systane COMPLETE eye drops regularly before cataract surgery can improve dry eye symptoms and help with surgical planning. About 150 adults aged 20-85 with dry eye who need cataract surgery will use the drops and be monitored. The goal is to see if better eye surface health leads to smoother surgery and better vision afterward.
