Summary

This study is testing whether group drumming sessions can help parents of autistic children feel less stressed, anxious, and depressed. Over eight weeks, a small group of parents will meet for drumming to build community and emotional support. Researchers will measure changes in their stress and mood to see if this music therapy approach is helpful and acceptable.
