Drumming away stress: new study tests music for mental health

Summary
This study looks at whether joining a drum circle can help reduce anxiety and depression in people of African descent who are dealing with stress from COVID-19. About 90 people aged 16 and older will take part. Researchers will measure how absorbed they feel in the music and any changes in their mood.
