NCT ID NCT06966687
Summary
This study is testing whether two drugs, Ulinastatin and Thymosin α1, given during emergency surgery for a torn aorta (aortic dissection), can reduce dangerous body-wide inflammation and prevent multiple organ failure. It will enroll 200 adult patients who need this urgent surgery. The goal is to see if this drug combination lowers the risk of severe complications that are a major cause of death after this type of operation.
