Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how a new drug candidate, INCB099280, is processed by the body. Five healthy male volunteers took a single, specially labeled oral dose. Researchers then carefully measured how much of the drug was absorbed, how long it stayed in the body, and how it was ultimately eliminated in urine and feces.
