Scientists track a Drug's journey through the body
NCT ID NCT05050682
Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body processes and eliminates an investigational antiviral drug called PF-07304814. Five healthy volunteers received a single, low-dose infusion containing a tiny, safe amount of radioactive tracer. Researchers then carefully measured how much of the drug and its components appeared in blood, urine, and feces to learn how the body handles it.
