Scientists test drug mix in healthy volunteers

NCT ID NCT07335419

Summary

This study aims to understand how a common antifungal drug (itraconazole) changes how the body processes an experimental medicine called PF-07248144. It involves 12 healthy adults who will take the experimental medicine alone and then with itraconazole. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood to see if the antifungal changes how the body handles the new medicine and will check for any side effects.
