NCT ID NCT06028464

First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at how taking multiple doses of carbamazepine, a common seizure medicine, changes the amount of the cancer drug zongertinib in the blood. Sixteen healthy men received zongertinib once, then later took it again after several days of carbamazepine. The goal was to see if carbamazepine speeds up the breakdown of zongertinib, which could affect how well the cancer drug works.
