NCT ID NCT07181343

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This completed Phase 1 study looked at how a new psoriasis medicine (HS-10374) affects the levels of a common birth control pill (Yasmin®) in the body. Eighteen healthy women took the birth control pill alone and then together with the psoriasis drug to see if there were any changes. The goal was to gather safety and drug-level information, not to treat psoriasis.
