First seen May 24, 2026 ยท Last updated May 24, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how a new medicine called HEC585 interacts with two existing drugs (pirfenidone and nintedanib) used for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a serious lung disease. Thirty-three healthy adults took part to measure drug levels and check for side effects. The goal was to gather safety and interaction data, not to treat the disease.
