First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at how a new drug called HDM1002 interacts with five common medicines (metformin, empagliflozin, midazolam, valsartan, and warfarin) in overweight or obese Chinese adults aged 18-45. About 111 healthy volunteers will take these drugs separately and together to measure safety and how the body processes them. The goal is to gather information, not to treat any condition.
