First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at how taking bosentan (a drug that affects liver enzymes) changes the amount of another drug, BI 425809, in the blood. Fourteen healthy men took BI 425809 alone and then with bosentan. The goal was to see if bosentan reduces the levels of BI 425809, which could affect how well it works.
