Summary
This study looked at how the antifungal itraconazole changes the amount of an experimental drug (BI 1815368) in the blood of 14 healthy men. Participants took the experimental drug alone and later with itraconazole to compare drug levels. The goal was to understand if dose adjustments are needed when these drugs are used together.
